LYM Kids Group
Our group training program is designed to help kids become faster, stronger, more coordinated, and confident — while also developing the character traits that matter most on and off the field.
Through age-appropriate drills and games, athletes improve speed, agility, balance, strength, and overall athleticism in a fun, structured environment. Just as important, we intentionally coach discipline, effort, coachability, teamwork, and self-confidence.
This program goes beyond sports performance. We focus on building good habits, respect for others, and a strong work ethic — helping kids grow not only as athletes, but as young leaders who carry these intangibles into school, sports, and everyday life.
Summer legacy camp
Speed | Strength | Explosiveness | coordination | endurance | mental toughness
For those that desire to reach their maximum athletic potential, this is the camp for you. This 4 week camp covers every part of unlocking every phase of sound athleticism. If an athlete shows up to a majority of these sessions, their physical and mental results are guaranteed.
July 6th - July 31st
Monday-Friday 11am-12:30pm
$400 for entire camp ($300 per additional sibling)

Summer Kids Sports camp
The focus on this camp is to provide a fun and safe environment for kids who want to improve on athleticism for their sport (or win the races at recess next school year).
Each day is 2 hours. Here’s how each day is broken down — 45 minute workout, 30 minute snack break with non-active game/activity, then finish with 45 minutes of games that are filled with athletic movements.
